Launching events and festivals before the Lunar New Year of the Rabbit in 2023 is the 1st "Nhon An Golden Apricot" festival (January 7, 2023 - January 9, 2023, in An Nhon town).
Opening ceremony of the mascot symbol of Lunar New Year 2023, decorating the campus of Nguyen Tat Thanh - Nguyen Sinh Sac monument and a photo exhibition on socio-economic achievements of Binh Dinh province in 2022 (January 13, 2023-31// 1/2023, at Nguyen Tat Thanh Square, Quy Nhon City).
Following the series of activities is the street Caraval event on the evening of the 1st of the Lunar New Year at Victory Square (Quy Nhon City); Go Market - Australian School; boating festival, human flag performance; festival to celebrate the 234th anniversary of Ngoc Hoi - Dong Da victory.
